Organisation
The Kayak section within The Swedish Association for Outdoor Life, in Ljungskile with experiences from different kayak activities had skilled and familiar persons and got the question to care for and running this new ribbon in Sweden. A ribbon very much alike HBB. The most significant difference is that K2Bandet is a ribbon for K2 kayaks while HBB is for single kayaks.
A working party was put together with the task to launch K2Bandet. Recruit the desired numbers of members for the jury that would be needed. There are many questions of internal matters to find the best solution to. Some also affects the paddlers of K2Bandet
Since the season 2008 we assert that all pieces have fallen into their place.
